Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Social Mavericks provides digital services including but not limited to web and software development, digital marketing, marketing automation, and AI-integrated solutions. The specific scope of work for each engagement is defined in a separate project agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver the agreed services
• Supply required assets, content, and approvals in a timely manner
• Designate a point of contact with authority to make decisions on your behalf
• Pay invoices according to the agreed payment schedule

Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Social Mavericks.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work produced specifically for your project becomes your property. Social Mavericks retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Third-party tools, libraries, and software used in your project remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Payments

• All project work requires a deposit before commencement, as specified in the project proposal
• Remaining payments are due per the agreed milestone or timeline schedule
• Invoices unpaid after 14 days may incur a late fee of 2% per month
• Social Mavericks reserves the right to pause or terminate work on overdue accounts

6. Revisions and Scope

Work is delivered based on the agreed scope. Requests outside the defined scope are treated as new work and quoted separately. We will always notify you before proceeding with out-of-scope work.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

Social Mavericks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of material changes.
